Welder laying a seam in a shower of sparks

Welding & Joining

Joined to hold. For good.

Five arc bays for the joints that carry load, a 3 kW laser for the seams that carry your name — and welders certified to know which is which.

Arc & Laser — side by side

Two ways to join steel.
We run both — on purpose.

The arc brings the muscle; the laser brings the surgeon's hand. Drag the line and look at the character of each process — then see below what that means for your part.

Drag to compare

Arc — raw penetration for heavy sections. Five machines on the floor, run by certified welders.

Laser · 3 kW — focused energy for narrow, clean seams on the work everyone will see.

Heat into the metal

Arc · The arc floods the joint with heat — a wide zone around the weld changes with it.

Laser · The beam puts heat exactly where the seam is. The metal next to it barely notices.

Distortion

Arc · More heat means more movement. Thin sheet can warp and may need straightening after.

Laser · Tight heat input keeps panels flat — what goes in square comes out square.

The finish

Arc · Spatter and slag are part of the job — beads get dressed and ground where looks matter.

Laser · A narrow, clean seam straight off the machine. Most parts skip the grinder entirely.

Heavy frame? We'll arc it. A stainless seam the whole world will see? Laser. Most assemblies get both — we pick the process the part deserves, not the one that quotes higher.

Welding & Joining

Strong, clean welded assemblies.

Laser welding for narrow, clean seams on the work everyone sees, and arc welding where raw strength matters — controlled distortion and full-penetration joints built to hold up under load.
